Through a new partnership with our friends at Yoga on High, two classes have been added this fall.
SEPTEMBER 14: Cave Yoga - Flow Through the Senses
Join Danielle Dugan in a multi-sensory experience at the Olentangy Indian Caverns. Dive into the five senses while exploring Mother Nature's natural rhythms. This class will include breath awareness, meditation, exploration of the senses & a gentle vinyasa flow.
SEPTEMBER 21: Cave Yoga - Slow Flow + iRest Meditation
Join Katie Whitsett for a slow vinyasa flow and iRest meditation at the Olentangy Indian Caverns. Move through a grounding breath practice, gentle stretches and flowing yoga postures followed by a guided iRest meditation. Restore and connect with earth during this relaxing practice.
For both classes, please bring with you:
- Yoga mat
- A towel to place under your mat
- Closed-toed shoes (required to walk down into the cave)
- Bug spray
- Love & Gratitude ❤
