  • The online ticketing is simply a convenience for you!

    You can purchase tickets online in advance to save time OR purchase when you arrive on site. All activities are self-guided, so we do not sell out.

  • The cave tour is self-guided and lasts approximately 30 minutes. You’re free to wander at your leisure, listen to the 7 recorded audio stations, and read the informational plaques. Because there are no set tour times, you DO NOT need to book in advance.

  • All Access Passes are not sold after 3pm because we want to ensure you have enough time to complete all activities during your visit! From 3pm - 5pm we shift to selling only a la carte activities. We recommend arriving no later than 2pm if you plan to enjoy all activities during your visit.

  • There are 58 stairs that lead into the caverns and you use those same 58 stairs to exit the caverns. It is not accessible by any method other than stairs.

  • No. There is not an elevator or handicap accessibility as this is a naturally occurring cavern and requires visitors to be able to use stairs.

  • For safety reasons, strollers are not allowed in the caverns or the petting zoo. They are allowed everywhere else on the property. But please keep in mind that terrain is primarily grass and gravel, with some cement sidewalks.

  • Yes, however there are a couple of spots in the cave that might be a tight squeeze.

  • We sell water, bottled soft drinks (gatorade, soda, etc), and candy. We do not sell food, but we have a large shelter house available for picnics. You are welcome to bring your own food. In fact, we’d love it if you did so you can stay a while and enjoy all the activities!

  • NO. For the safety of our petting zoo animals and other guests, we ask that you do not bring dogs with you. We love animals (of course we do!), but the presence of predators (yes, even your sweet dog) can become extremely stressful for our herd.

  • Please bring your paperwork and present it to a manager in the main gift shop. Unfortunately, even service dogs cannot be in or around the petting zoo for the safety of other guests and the entire herd. While your animal is trained for the situation, our animals are not — and it can become extremely stressful for them.

  • Yes, the mixed feed DOES include peanuts. The petting zoo is NOT a peanut-free zone. We have alternate petting zoo food (crackers) — however, we cannot guarantee that they have not been in contact with peanuts.

  • We are open rain or shine — every day — during the season. The cave and gift shops are protected from rain. All other activities are outdoors. While some areas have significant tree cover (walking trail, petting zoo) other areas have no cover from the elements (Treasure Hunt Maze). Please bring a light rain jacket and water-friendly shoes on days where rain may occur during your visit. We do not offer rain checks.

  • Yes, we are open every single day from approximately April 1 - October 31, including ALL major holidays. Some years we open 1 week early to accommodate local spring breaks.

  • Our private, enclosed shelter house can be reserved online. There are two gazebos available for rent, as well. Birthday activities are purchased separately. *Please note that we are not staffed to offer a birthday party host. You will need to manage your group and activities. LEARN MORE

  • No, we do not offer admission discounts.

  • We have traditional restrooms (not port-o-potties) which are located in the shelter house and easily accessible to the entire property.
